I was appalled when I saw the negative blog listed. It did not match the same kind man who just fought (yes fought!) tooth and nail with an insurance company to have my car repaired and who, spent HOURS doing so. he also has caught previous damage to my car from another incompetent company who took me for a ride. In my opinion there are not enough people like frank in this world ! I hope you take that disgruntled employee DOWN! But also tell Frank for the few negative comments listed, there are HUNDREDS of letters in his place of business and reviews that say otherwise.
