I don't think you want to drag the fight out into the streets, but they could explain how they are sorry this person feels the way they do, explain any attempts they made to rectify it, and explain how they stand by the many happy customers they have helped. At a minimum they should install Google Sidewiki and manage their reputation by making sure this person is not commenting on his website. I was appalled when I saw the negative blog listed. It did not match the same kind man who just fought (yes fought!) tooth and nail with an insurance company to have my car repaired and who, spent HOURS doing so. he also has caught previous damage to my car from another incompetent company who took me for a ride. In my opinion there are not enough people like frank in this world ! I hope you take that disgruntled employee DOWN! But also tell Frank for the few negative comments listed, there are HUNDREDS of letters in his place of business and reviews that say otherwise.
